What we collect
Migranto collects only the information necessary to operate the service. When you visit the site, we create a pseudonymous session identifier so that votes, survey answers, or feedback can be associated with your session. If you voluntarily submit an email address, we store it. We do not require names, physical addresses, or payment information to use the service.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to operate the product: to remember your activity between visits, respond to questions, and prioritize future features.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page-view counts. It is cookieless and does not track users across websites. The analytics we use are designed to avoid identifying individual visitors.
Third-party services
Your data is stored in Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Aggregated analytics are processed by Vercel. Beyond these providers, your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as necessary to operate the service. Aggregated and anonymized product feedback may be retained for analytical purposes. Email addresses and identifiable records are deleted on request.
Legal basis
We process data based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service and, where required, your consent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of data associated with your session or email address. We aim to respond within seven days.
