In Andorra, migration isn't a side story — it's the whole society. 56% of the population was born abroad, the foreign-born now numbering 45.5K against a population just over 80,000. Most come from next door: Spain accounts for 23.6K of them, with Portugal and France filling out the rest. The immigrant population has grown 14% over the past decade, steady rather than dramatic, but the underlying fact holds — more than half the people here arrived from somewhere else.
